Delenex is dedicated to the development of best-in-class therapeutic antibodies using its PENTRA® technology to propose differentiated therapeutics to patients with a high unmet medical need.These novel compounds will address two needs.

DLX105, a potent anti-TNFa antibody, was successfully translated from the pre-clinical to the clinical stage, and will be used as the PoC compound for all three tenets of the Delenex strategy.
The Delenex pipeline consists of four antibody compounds against disclosed targets, plus two against undisclosed targets. Affinities range from 20pM (DLX1008) to 1nM (DLX521).
