Delenex Therapeutics AG is a Swiss biotech company developing therapeutic antibodies against serious medical conditions with high unmet need. These PENTRA® antibodies have being optimized for systemic treatment of acute conditions and local/topical treatment of chronic diseases. The PENTRA® technology is clinically validated and delivers antibody therapeutics with excellent tissue penetration, a short half-life, a high affinity, solubility and stability all combined with a very low risk of immunogenicity. PENTRA® antibodies can be applied in most therapy areas, but we have chosen to focus our discovery and development projects on dermatology, gastro-intestinal disease and acute inflammatory conditions.
Delenex is interested to explore partnering opportunities for its existing projects. On a case by case basis, Delenex will explore research collaborations involving the validated proprietary platform technology which produces PENTRA® antibody therapeutics in a rapid and cost-effective manner.
Delenex is a spin off from ESBATech AG before its acquisition by Alcon, Inc. in September 2009 and operates out of laboratories and offices in Schlieren/Zürich.
